The video workshop in Helsinki organised by KIASMA 18-22 February was a total success! 15 participants spent the week making minute-long videos, assisted by Marissa Evers, Fernando Colombo, and Satu Juutilainen. Atmosphere and attitude was good, everyone left really happy and tired after one week of sharing impressions, ideas and making videos.
Here’s some feedback from the Stranger workshop participants:
"It was wonderful to experience something so new and so exciting. Actually for the first time in my life I felt like a young person in action'"
"It was fun. It's good that you have to be creative and produce in such a short time. The leaders were very good and enthusistic. It is a good way to encourage young people to do art and be creative."
"The workshop was a success. All the directors were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Special thanks to Marissa for her expertise and patience."
